PRIVACY
Your images and website data.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Your images are processed on your device. The live website also uses Google Analytics to understand visits.
Images you select
Your image is read and processed in this browser. ImageTool does not upload the image, its contents or its original filename to an image-processing server or to analytics. Previews and the output are held in the page’s memory; the tool does not save your image in browser storage. Downloading creates a file through your browser’s normal download flow.
The filename appears locally so you can identify your selection. Your original is not changed. If you choose “Try a sample image,” the browser downloads a synthetic image hosted with this website.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-S4KD717S1N, loads by default when you visit the HTTPS website at imagetool.site. It does not wait for an on-site consent choice. Google receives visit, browser and network information needed to handle the analytics request, and may set analytics cookies or use identifiers to relate visits. Analytics is not enabled on local or Pages preview URLs.
The site supplies a limited page context: the public page’s path and title, and a sanitized referring-page address. URL query strings and fragments are excluded from that supplied context. Image contents, original filenames and values entered into the image tool are not included in custom analytics data. Google Analytics may also generate session and engagement information. This is not a claim that analytics data is completely anonymous.
Browser controls
This site has no analytics consent banner or analytics settings controls. Your browser’s privacy settings or extensions may block analytics requests or cookies. Compression, preview and download do not depend on analytics being available. You can remove stored site data and cookies through your browser; doing so does not erase information already sent to Google.
Hosting requests
Cloudflare serves this website. Loading a page or a site asset creates a normal web request, and the hosting provider may process request metadata such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and timestamps for delivery and security. These delivery requests are separate from Google Analytics. Do not put personal information in this site’s URLs.
Other services
This release has no user accounts, payments, advertising scripts or cloud image storage. When you take the downloaded image to another website, that website’s handling of the file is outside ImageTool’s control.
